Promotional Offers Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all promotions and offers run by UpPlus Physiotherapy:

1. Eligibility: Offers are limited to one per person, unless stated otherwise.
2. Free Assessments: Free assessments are available only to new clients. Current clients are not eligible. Any follow-up treatments after the free assessment must be paid in full at the clinic’s standard rates. A free assessment includes a 20-minute consultation, with the option to extend the session at the clinic’s regular treatment rates.
3. Discounts: Any half-price or discounted offer applies to the first treatment only. Any subsequent treatments will be charged at full price. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are only valid at UpPlus Physiotherapy's clinic.
4. Offer Availability: Offers are available only at the specific UpPlus Physiotherapy clinic where the offer is being promoted. Offers are subject to change without notice.
5. No Cash Redemptions: Discounts and offers are not redeemable for cash or any other products or services.
6. Marketing Communications: By accepting the promotional offer, you consent to receiving email and/or SMS communications from UpPlus Physiotherapy regarding appointment reminders, offers, updates on new services, events, and other clinic-related information. You may opt-out of such communications at any time by notifying our reception staff or opting out through the SMS or email links.
7. Giveaways: If you are selected as the winner of a giveaway, the warranty for the item will apply only from the place of purchase. UpPlus Physiotherapy is not responsible for any damage occurring during shipping. Prize winners must claim their prize within 3 business days of being notified.
