Free 20-Minute Initial Physiotherapy Assessment
Not sure whether physiotherapy is the right next step? Book a free 20-minute initial assessment with a physiotherapist at our Seaton clinic. It is an assessment and advice session, not a treatment session. New patients only; full terms below.
What Happens in the 20 Minutes
An AHPRA-registered physiotherapist takes your history, looks at how you move, checks the strength and range of the area that is bothering you, and tells you what the assessment shows. You leave knowing whether physiotherapy is likely to help, what a treatment plan would involve, and roughly how many sessions it might take.
The free assessment does not include treatment. If you decide to go ahead, your first treatment appointment is a separate booking at our standard fees, or at the $49 new patient rate where its conditions apply. There is no obligation to book anything further.
We assess low back pain, neck pain, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle problems, heel pain, tennis and golfer's elbow, sports injuries and recovery after surgery.

Private health extras? Treatment appointments can be claimed on the spot through HICAPS/Tyro, so you only pay the gap. Eligible GP-referred patients may instead prefer our bulk-billed GP Management Plan pathway.
Offer terms
- Available to new patients of UpPlus Physiotherapy Seaton, one free assessment per person.
- A 20-minute assessment and advice session at our Seaton clinic. It does not include treatment; treatment is a separate appointment at the fees above.
- No health fund, Medicare, work injury or other claim is made for the free assessment.
- The number of appointments you need is always based on your clinical assessment. There is no obligation to book further sessions.
- No end date is currently set; the offer may be withdrawn for new bookings at any time.
Visiting Us
We're at 177 Trimmer Parade, Seaton SA 5023, about a minute from the Seaton shops, four minutes from Queenstown and five from Port Adelaide, with free on-site parking. Open weekdays with evening appointments available. We welcome patients from Seaton, Findon, Grange, Henley Beach, West Lakes, Woodville, Kidman Park, Royal Park, Semaphore Park, Lockleys, Flinders Park and Port Adelaide.
