Wrist
Hands and wrists are hard to rest, because we use them for everything. That makes early, accurate treatment worth a lot, particularly for nerve problems where delay can prolong recovery.
What we treat

Signs and symptoms
- Numbness or tingling in the fingers, often worse at night
- Pain gripping, twisting lids or carrying
- Swelling or stiffness through the wrist and hand
- Weakness and reduced fine motor control
- Pain at the base of the thumb with pinching

- Nerve gliding and mobility work
- Splinting advice for night and activity
- Grip and forearm strengthening
- Manual therapy for stiff wrist joints
- Ergonomic and task modification advice
