Its extras are designed for a membership that understands healthcare and tends to use it appropriately, and physiotherapy benefits are generally generous as a result. As with any fund, the benefit per consultation and the annual limit follow the cover you hold.
Doctors are, in our experience, among the worst patients for leaving a musculoskeletal problem too long — long clinic days, no time, and a tendency to self-manage. The complaints we see reflect that: problems that would have been straightforward at six weeks arriving at six months.
